Why am I presented with these options in 2021? Do I get to make this choice because a significant portion of IDEA users on Windows use a 32-bit JVM on a 32-bit Windows 10? It also asks me if I want to download and install a 32-bit Jetbrains Runtime. And yet, IDEA 2021.1.2 installer asks me if I want to create a desktop shortcut to a "32-/64-bit launcher". My belief is that Windows 10 is a 64-bit OS. I understand a 32-bit OS and a 64-bit OS.
